Ankit Baiyanpuriya is a YouTuber, bodybuilder, fitness influencer, and athlete from Bayanpur village Sonipat Haryana. He has 5.8 million subscribers on Instagram and 2.8 Million subscribers on YouTube. Recently he met with Our Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. He was born on 31st August 1998 in Bayanpur, Haryana. He studied till 1oth standard from government school Bayanpur, Lahrara Haryana. He did 11th and 12th from government senior secondary school in the arts stream model town, Sonipat Haryana. Ankit later did a BA from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. 

Ankit said that he has an interest in the study but he became a wrestler because his father has an interest in sports, also Ankit won a medal from a village named Krishanin 2008 Junior Asia Tournament. He has been going “akhara” since he was studying in 9th standard. After deciding to become the Wrester he also became a social media influencer.

Why Ankit Baiyanpuria Took a Break?

Once Ankit told in an interview that he had injured a slipped disc injury in his back when he was wrestling in Himachal Pradesh in 2018 due to this injury he had to stop the practice for a few months. He played in university-level tournaments after an injury break and won the silver medal.

After that, he again injured his knee which led to stopping his training again for a few months. During wrestling in the April 2022 tournament, he tore the rotator cuff in his shoulder in a wrestling match due to that he had to bed rest for three months. In that injury, he gained weight from 80kg to 95kg. Because of weight, he couldn’t be wrestling for a year. 

Ankit Baiyanpuria 75 Days Hard Challenge 

Ankit Singh decided to take 75 days of hard challenges to lose weight which also stands for mental wellness and self-improvement. he did this for a few days challenges he saw great challenges. He started to record videos of his challenges to inspire other people and gain popularity among them.

On the 27th of June 2023, he started this 75-day hard challenge which was introduced by an American entrepreneur and author Andy Frisella in 2020. The 75 hard challenges include 5 challenges taking selfies to take the progress of challenges, a Diet plan without alcohol, 1 gallon of water, and reading 10 pages for self-improvement. Two workouts of 45-minute sessions each in one session outdoor workout.

In this challenge person who fails to do any of the sessions then he has to start again from day one, it is estimated that only 1% person only can take this challenge and do it successfully. Ankit Singh said that he started these challenges to increase mental toughness. He said that leaving sugar was really tough because Haryana people used to consume sugar daily basis.

Ankit Baiyanpuria Workout Routine

He is waking up at 5 a.m. and doing various workouts and intermittent fasting. His openness is sharing on social media and sharing with fans to do Indian wrestling style. He also lifts the tyres, wood, cylinders, etc. to increase the muscles. He runs 5km daily, lifts 200kg bench, and squats with 200kg.  

Diet Plan of Ankit Baiyanpuria 

Ankit Baiyanpuria started the day with dry fruits 5 to 10 foxnuts,2-4 figs,10-12 cashews and walnuts along with banana and apple. He follows always a vegetarian diet which includes milk, almonds, and ghee, and also drinks badam Ragda a drink made by pressing almonds mixed with milk for a workout strength.

Ankit Baiyanpuria also shared the recipe of Badam Ragda with particular types of almonds he mentioned sonagiri and Gurbani Giri, watermelon seeds, fennel, black pepper, poppy seeds, and rose petals without adding the sugar he drank for 75 hard Challenges. 

He used to take lunch of 6 to 8 chapatis,2 bowls of vegetables, and 2 bowls of Salads for a whole day with proper ghee.
