Healthy and glowing skin is desired by everyone but our daily routine affects this a lot as we will discuss the home remedies here that will have an amazing effect over skin with home ingredients. Natural Ingredients offer a very safe and effective result than chemical products. We are spending lot of money over the costly brands for healthy skin but that is not working for long term so here is some hacks that we can use for healthy skin with home remedies.

Home Remedies Ingredients Available in Your Kitchen For Healty Skin


Curd contains the lactic acid as it helps to exfoliate the dead skin and reveal the clear skin. In the curd vitamin B5 that helps skin go glow naturally and keeps skin hydrated that helps in natural moisturizer. It also helps in fade the dark on the face and helps in tightening the skin to prevent premature aging as well as tighten the pores. 

Curd Honey pack 

  • Take 2 tablespoon of curd 
  • Take 1 spoon of Honey
  • Apply it on face with brush or either finger 
  • Keep it for at least 15 minutes 
  • Wash with normal water 

Curd Besan (Gram Flour) Pack

  • Take 2 tablespoon of curd 
  • Take 1 tablespoon of besan
  • Take half tablespoon of turmeric
  • Take few drops of lemon
  • Take few drops of gulabjal
  • Make the paste and keep it for 15 minutes
  • Wash with water in circular motion

Do this hack for at least twice for better result of healthy skin and it will naturally keep your skin young and glowing 


Turmeric contains Antioxidant properties and antibacterial components . Turmeric is the best home remedy for healthy skin as we can easily find this in indian kitchen. It is helping in natural glowing skin as well as reducing the dark patches on the face.  Turmeric helps in treatment for acne, premature aging and reduces the dark circles under the eyes. 

Turmeric Sandal Mask

  • 1 Tablespoon of turmeric
  • 1 Tablespoon of sandalwood powder
  • 1 Tablespoon of Honey 
  • 1 Water 
  • Make paste and keep it for 20 minutes 
  • Rinse with warm water and apply moisturizer

Use this face pack once a week for spotless skin at a very less cost. It will clean the upper pores and kill the acne bacteria.

Turmeric Oil for skin

  • Turmeric Oil
  • Olive Oil

Take a few drops of both to make it and store it. Use this everyday before going to bed and keep overnight, in the morning rinse off with normal water. 

Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is very beneficial for dull and rough skin. It also glows. It also contains Fatty Acid that helps in lock the moisture and nourish the skin. Coconut Oil Mask

  • Warm the virgin coconut oil
  • Apply over the neck and face
  • Massage it for sometimes in upward motion
  • Leave it for night
  • Rinse off with warm water in morning

Coconut Turmeric Mask

  • 1 tablespoon of turmeric 
  • 1 tablespoon of Honey
  • 1 tablespoon of virgin coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon 

Mix them well and apply over the face and massage in circular motion to add glow to the face, these home remedies will be used very easily at Indian Kitchen.

Aloe Vera Gel 

Aloe Vera Gel is the most famous remedy in our country as this is a magical thing  for healthy skin. Aloe Vera Gel has healing properties, hydrating, moisturizer as well as soothing. This is easily available in every one garden because of their many beneficial uses in daily life. 

Aloe Vera Mask 

  • 1 Tablespoon of aloe vera gel
  • 1 Tablespoon of turmeric powder
  • 1 Tablespoon of Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon of Milk

Mix all the ingredients and apply over the face and keep it until it will dry then rinse off with normal water. This home remedies for lightening the dark spot over all the skin. Use these things with proper diet. 

Aloe Vera Mask for Gentle Exfoliation

  • 1 Tablespoon of  Aloe vera gel
  • 1 Tablespoon of apple cider Vinegar
  • Mix them well apply over the face 
  • Rinse off with water

Lemon Honey Face Mask

  • 1 Tablespoon of lemon
  • 1 Tablespoon of Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon of Turmeric

Mix them well and apply over all the face, leave it until dry then rinse off it will remove all the tan from skin and look like very healthy skin as well as brighten the face. 

Lemon Sugar Scrub

  • 1 Tablespoon of lemon
  • 1 Tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon of Rose Water

Mix them and apply and scrub in circular motion so it will rinse off all the dead skin as well as white heads from the nose area. It will turn in very soothing skin with these home remedies for healthy skin. 

Lemon Besan Yogurt Face Mask

  • 1 Tablespoon of Besan 
  • 1 Tablespoon of Yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon of Turmeric
  • 1 Tablespoon of Lemon
  • 1 Tablespoon of Rose Water

Mix all the ingredients and apply it over your neck and face and it will turn into very glowing , healthy skin. This mask is frequently used by the bride as well as the groom to be in the present era. Use these Home remedies twice in a week for better results.

  • 1 Tablespoon of Ripe papaya
  • 1 Tablespoon of Multani Mitti ( fuller Earth)
  • 1 Tablespoon of Honey
