NCR pollution conditions are still the same in inferior categories per the AQI (Air Quality Index). Amid the environment, Minister Gopal Rai announced the Odd-Even rule from next week for reducing the air pollution in the city. The rule will be applied from 10th November to 20th November 2023.
It means that vehicles with odd numbers plated will be allowed on odd number dates and Even number plated vehicles will be applied on even number dates from next week. Also, there will be no physical classes till the 9th standard, only 10th to 12th classes will be opened apart from the online classes will be there.

As per today’s record overall air quality of Delhi is Very poor Category with AIR QUALITY INDEX (AQI) 399 according to the system of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting and Research (SAFAR) India.

According to the Delhi Pollution Control Committee from 1st November to 15 November will be the peak for stubble burning that leads to high pollution problems in the city. The government trying to reduce pollution and protect the children from the high poor quality air around the city.
